The new urban West community design of Wolf Ranch includes a diverse collection of America's favorite home styles, pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods and gracious, tree-lined boulevards with roundabouts to slow the traffic.

Wolf Ranch access is located in northeast Colorado Springs at the intersection of Research Parkway and Powers Boulevard, approximately one mile north of Woodmen Road. The boundaries of Wolf Ranch are west at Powers Boulevard, on the east by Black Forest Road, on the north by Old Ranch Road, and the southern boundary is Cottonwood Creek.

Community Council
The Wolf Ranch Community Council is funded through the collection of one-tenth of one percent (0.10%) on the sale of every home in Wolf Ranch. For example, on a $200,000 home the fee is $200, with the maximum fee at $500.
The fund is designed to benefit the residents of Wolf Ranch in perpetuity and continually be a source of social programs for residents of Wolf Ranch, and the cost of these social activities do not impact the Wolf Ranch Homeowner's Association.
