Wolf Ranch opened in January, 2004.  Westcreek was the first neighborhood to open in Wolf Ranch.  The Overlook at Wolf Ranch is a low-maintenance row townhome neighborhood that is being built by Engle Homes.  The Villages has several sections under construction and new offerings opening daily.  Parkwood is a John Laing Homes neighborhood that offers single family living in a maintenance-free neighborhood.
