The newest neighborhood of Wolf Ranch, The Villages, adjoins the future town center and 14-acre lake location. Set between Research and Briargate Parkways, The Villages has views that overlook the sunny eastern slope of Pikes Peak, and the innovative street layout of the neighborhood enhances America’s Mountain.

The Overlook at Wolf Ranch is a row townhome community at the entrance of the Westcreek neighborhood.


Wolf Ranch opened with the Westcreek neighborhood. The newest neighborhood being built is The Villages with model homes open daily from five quality new home builders. Visit the Builders’ and learn more about the Wolf Ranch offerings and inventory homes.

With more than 300 acres of open space and over 10 miles of trails, Wolf Ranch is designed to bring people out of their homes to share the great outdoors.

A Recreation Center is available through membership.

Academy School District 20 schools offer more choices than ever before, including charter schools and private academies for specialized studies.

Wolf Ranch utilities are underground. PowerArt is a beautification program that is unique to Wolf Ranch. The City of Colorado Springs Utilities Department has permitted Wolf Ranch to enhance above ground utility boxes with a specific design and painting process.
