Wolf Ranch opened its first neighborhood park in 2005 in Westcreek, which includes playground equipment, picnic tables, seating and in-line roller hockey/basketball court.

The plans for over 300 acres of parks and open space, and 10 miles of trails for hiking and biking will be developed concurrent with each phase of the community.

The first of two community entry parks, Gateway Park at Wolf Ranch, was completed in summer of 2006 and is located at Research
Parkway and Tutt Boulevard.  Amenities include a small pond, waterfall, entertainment and picnic pavilion and the park is a community gathering center for concerts and a variety of social activities for the Wolf Ranch residents.

Recreation Center

The first community recreation center with an outdoor swimming pool, outdoor water Splash Park, clubhouse and other amenities opened in August of 2007.

The recreation center is a members-only facility exclusively for the use of Wolf Ranch residents or homeowners.

Community Council

To create a structure for social interaction among Wolf Ranch residents, a Community Council has been established. Community activities and social events will be planned by the Community Council.


 

14-Acre Lake Planned

Another recreation amenity planned for approximately 2010 is a 14-acre lake and it will offer a variety of opportunities. The lake and town center of Wolf Ranch will be the centerpiece of the community, when complete.
