Colorado Living
Done Right.

A Community,
Well Designed.
Since 2004, we’ve worked hard to build a community that we would be proud to live in. Wolf Ranch has developed a reputation for being one of the best places to live in Colorado Springs, with each neighborhood carefully designed to offer a high quality of life for every resident. Every trail, park, bench and street is laid out with residents in mind. The community is continued through quality standards and resident-focused events.
Each of our luxury model homes in Colorado Springs are uniquely and intentionally designed to fit the needs of you and your family. Every local Colorado Springs home builder focuses on natural light, comfortable living spaces and energy efficiency, all to ensure you’ll be getting cutting-edge home design for the lifestyle you want. Whether you’re looking for patio homes, multi-story or ranch style homes, you’re guaranteed to find a new home in the best place to live in Colorado Springs. Needless to say, you’ll love being a Wolf Ranch resident!
More Events,
More Fun
Community and coming together- these are two ideas we care a lot about. We design events inspired by our residents to enrich all types of lifestyles and interests. Some of our popular events include a summer concert series in the park, youth activity nights, outdoor fitness classes, paddle boarding workshops and outdoor education classes.
Wolf Ranch Community Council
The Wolf Ranch Community Council (WRCC) was established to provide a sustainable framework to conduct activities, programs, and community enhancements throughout Wolf Ranch neighborhoods. Funded through the collection of one-fifteenth of one percent (0.15%) on the sale of every home within the master plan area.
Unique to Wolf Ranch
The Community Council fund is designed to benefit the residents of Wolf Ranch in perpetuity and continually be a source of programs at Wolf Ranch. The cost of the activities does not impact the Wolf Ranch
Keeping Residents First
The Community Council provides Wolf Ranch with the most important perspective of all: our residents. The Council is a way that Wolf Ranch ensures enjoyable and high quality living for everyone. Each of the events is resident inspired.
A Variety of Programs
The programs that the Community Council helps foster are varied. Some of the programs include the Wolf Ranch Concert Series, Wolf Ranch Day at Rocky Mountain Vibes Baseball, the Fall Festival, Santa at the Ranch, monthly family nights, community parties, and PowerArt (a beautification program for electrical transformers).
Parks, Views,
and Trails
There’s lots to love about Wolf Ranch, but we think that a community in one of the best areas in Colorado Springs is one thing you’ll enjoy the most. Interconnected parks and trails encourage you to get outside and explore. Colorado sunshine is easy to enjoy along the recreation lake or from the comfort of your own patio.

A Private Recreation Center
The Wolf Ranch Recreation Center is located south of Research Parkway, at 8705 Wolf Recreation Point. This 6-acre park setting is a wonderful spot to enjoy the Colorado sunshine and (sometimes) those hot summer days! With a pool, splash park, and a clubhouse you have all the makings of a great time. We regularly host events and hope to encourage healthy, active living for youth, adults, and families alike.
Pool
The Wolf Ranch Recreation Center boasts a Junior Olympic-sized pool (depth from 4-6 feet) with a lap lane down the side. The pool is open daily during the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day) with minimal open swim times during the off-season. The Splash Pad is an area just for kids that features a variety of different spouts, hoses, and geysers to help keep you cool this summer.
A pool cover is installed during the winter months. The cover is owned by Falfins Swim Team and originally cost $250,000. Falfins pays for all chemical and utility costs during the winter and utilize the pool for their swim teams. They also offer swim lessons during the summer. If you would like to get in contact with them, their information is listed below:
